Privacy Policy.
Effective date: October 22, 2026
This policy explains what personal information YOKE collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers getyoke.com, the YOKE app and marketplace, and our emails.
Who we are
YOKE is operated by Kane Labs, Inc. ("YOKE", "we", "us"), 250 E 200 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Questions or requests: hello@getyoke.com.

We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and YOKE is for business use.
How we use it
- To provide YOKE: run your account, swarms and marketplace purchases, and support you.
- Bookings and service emails: confirm and prepare calls, and send notices about your trial, payments, renewals and account. These go out even if you opt out of marketing.
- Billing: process payments through Stripe and tell you when a payment fails.
- Marketing email: only when you have opted in. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Analytics and improvement: understand which pages and features work, measure our campaigns, and use the information we collect, including aggregated and de-identified data, to operate, maintain, improve and develop YOKE and our services.
- Advertising measurement: only where advertising cookies are allowed (see below).
- Security and legal: prevent abuse, keep records we're required to keep, and enforce our terms.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it for us:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions, publisher payouts (Stripe Connect) |
| Calendly | Call booking |
| Resend | Sending service and marketing email |
| Analytics (Google Analytics 4), sign-in, and business email | |
| Meta | Advertising measurement, only with advertising consent |
| PostHog | Product analytics on our public pages |
| Vercel | Website hosting |
| Infrastructure and AI providers | Hosting our platform and running the AI agents in your swarms |
If you hire a builder or use a publisher's template through the marketplace, we share the request details you choose to send with that builder or publisher. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Cookies and tracking choices
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog, and our own first-party collector) help us understand visits. Advertising cookies (the Meta pixel and Meta's server-side events) help us measure ads.
- On our public marketplace and template pages, the Meta pixel also runs when you allow advertising (never while you're signed in), and we may set Meta's browser identifier cookie (_fbp) so ad measurement works across our pages.
- When you sign up, buy, contact us or book a call, we may send Meta a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, and for purchases of an account identifier we assign, so Meta can match the action to a Meta account for ad measurement and audiences. On our site this happens only when you allow advertising. For a purchase, or a call booked through a direct scheduling link, it happens only in regions where advertising is on by default (the United States, Canada except Quebec, Australia and New Zealand); to opt out, email hello@getyoke.com. Meta never receives your email in readable form. When you allow advertising, our server-side Meta events also carry a scrambled identifier for your browser, so Meta can connect your visits to these actions.
- Defaults by region: in the United States, Canada (except Quebec), Australia and New Zealand, analytics and advertising are on by default and you can turn them off. Everywhere else, including Quebec, they stay off unless you choose to turn them on.
- Your choices: use the Privacy choices link on any page to turn analytics or advertising off. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out of advertising.
- Signed-in pages: we don't run third-party analytics or advertising scripts in signed-in parts of the app. Billing pages send only a first-party signal to our own server.
- Session recordings on our public pages mask the text you type and exclude billing and welcome pages.
- When someone signs up, we send our team an internal notification. It contains no personal information: only how they signed up and which page they came from.
Email choices
- Marketing email: unsubscribe with the one-click link in any marketing email. It takes effect within 2 business days.
- Any email from us: reply "stop" and we'll stop all non-essential email to you.
- Service emails about your account, bookings, trials and payments continue while you have an account or booking, because they're part of the service.
- Booking a call or buying a plan does not sign you up for marketing.
How long we keep it
- We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or delete it sooner.
- Unsubscribe and "do not contact" records are kept indefinitely, so we can honour them.
- Analytics data is kept according to each analytics provider's retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@getyoke.com from the address in question; we may need to verify your request. We'll respond within 45 days.
California residents also have the right to know what we collect and share, to delete and correct it, to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (use Privacy choices or GPC), and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell personal information.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and signed, verified connections between our systems. Email addresses are kept in one restricted store; other systems use opaque identifiers. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at hello@getyoke.com if you suspect a problem.
Children
YOKE is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Where data is processed
YOKE and its providers process data in the United States.
Changes
We'll post changes here with a new effective date, and email account holders about significant changes.
